The Deptford Players' Ticket Policy

Advance Sales

Tickets may be purchased in advance over the phone with most major credit cards. Call (212)666-6509. There is never any service charge for credit card purchases.

Tickets may also be purchased by mail via check, but only two weeks or more in advance. We suggest that when purchasing tickets by mail, you call to make sure that tickets are available for the show you want. Please be sure to include contact information with the mail order so that we can confirm with you when we receive payment. Tickets are not confirmed until the check is received, so please send your check as soon as possible to assure your tickets.

At the Door

Tickets may be purchased with check or cash at the door for the current performance, or for any other. Credit cards are not accepted at the door.

Unpaid Reservations

There are no unpaid reservations, however, we do maintain a "Curtain List."

If names on the Curtain List have not arrived by show-time, we may hold the curtain a few moments to allow them to arrive.

This same courtesy is extended to those who have purchased tickets by mail or phone.

A few minutes means just that. We feel that holding the curtain more than five minutes is a disservice both to the actors and to the members of the audience who arrived promptly.

If the show sells out, we will attempt to contact those on the Curtain List to inform them of this.

General

All ticket sales are final.

Advance ticket purchases may be required to show ID at the box-office. If the tickets were purchased at a special rate (Students, Seniors, etc.), appropriate ID may be requested to prove eligibility for that rate.

At the discretion of the Deptford Players, patrons may exchange tickets for a different show time. In general, this is only possible if the current tickets are for a show at least one week later and for a show which has not sold out. However, The Deptford Players reserve the right to refuse to exchange tickets.
